Exchange & Return Policy
Sale of discounted products are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
EXCHANGE
- We accept exchanges within 7 working days for all domestic orders
- Exchanges are only valid for sizing issues or manufacturer's defect.
- Exchanges can be done at our warehouse. Please send in an enquiry at our "Contact Us" page for the address to our warehouse.
- The customer may arrange their own return and pickup delivery service. The postage is to be borne by the customer in the event of an exchange. The management of view-tabata.sg will not be responsible for any losses during the exchange process.
- All items must be returned in original condition, not worn, not washed, not changed in any way and with tags intact. The management of view.sg reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.
- We do not accept exchanges or refunds for custom made / personalised items.
- We do not accept exchanges for accessories.
- Returns should be sent to the address provided to the recipient when they request for an exchange on our "Contact Us" page along with proof of purchase. Returns without proof of purchase will not be entertained.
- We do not accept returns / exchanges of online purchases at any of our retail outlets.
- We will not entertain exchanges if information provided is not complete or invalid.
- The management of VIEW Singapore reserves the rights to reject any returns at our sole discretion shall we find any goods returned in a damaged / altered / used condition.
REFUND
- Refunds are subjected to management approval and must be requested within 7 days from date of successful delivery.
- Postage is to be borne by you in the event of returning the goods.
- Please take noted that ALL clearance or sales items are not exchangeable nor refundable.
